We install CCTV and security camera systems, mount and install televisions, and carry out audiovisual and appliance installation across South-East Queensland.

What we collect
We only collect information we need in order to quote and carry out work for you. That typically includes:
Contact details — your name, phone number and email address
Location details — your suburb, and (once you become a customer) the street address where the work is to be carried out
Job details — what you’ve told us about your property and the system you want installed
Payment and billing details — issued and recorded through our accounting system when we invoice you

We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or financial account information) through this website, and we ask that you don’t send it to us by email.

How we collect it
Through the quote request form on this website; when you phone us, text us, or email us; through our online booking system; through our quoting system, when we send you a quote; and automatically, through cookies and analytics, when you visit this website.
If you provide us with someone else’s details — for example, a tenant or a family member at the property — please make sure they’re aware you’ve given them to us.
Why we use it
We use your personal information to prepare and send you a quote; contact you about your enquiry, including calling you back; schedule and carry out the installation; invoice you and keep the records we’re required to keep; provide warranty support and follow-up service; improve our website and our advertising; and send you occasional service reminders, updates or offers — you can opt out at any time, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it’s necessary to do the job, and only with our installers and subcontractors; our service providers; anyone else you’ve asked us to deal with; and government agencies, regulators or law enforcement where required or authorised by law. Some of these providers store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By providing your information you consent to it being stored and processed overseas by these providers.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. Google Analytics collects anonymous information about how you use the site — pages visited, time on page, device type and approximate location. Google Ads conversion tracking records when a visitor who arrived from one of our Google ads goes on to submit an enquiry or call us. This lets us understand which ads are working.
How we store and protect it
We store your information in secure, password-protected cloud systems operated by the providers listed above. Access is limited to the people in our business who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong or out of date, or delete information we no longer need to keep.
